The mindfulness project is dedicated to advancing the use of mindfulness in high reliability organizations, specifically – the unique situations which occur in those organizations and for individuals engaged as members of their workforce. The authors believe that organizations which embrace a culture of “mindfulness” may see enhanced performance at both the enterprise and individual level:
